Son Ha Hotel Sapa was great! The rooms were spacious and very clean - with complimentary toiletries in the clean bathroom. The manager spoke excellent English and was always helpful. The location was fantastic - just a short walk to the main street and local market. We even did a fantastic trekking tour organized by the hotel. Highly recommend staying here if you want a warm and friendly experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a stone's throw away from the main square and the bustling markets. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, offering a pleasant stay for business guests. The staff is accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The views from the balcony, especially when the mist clears, offer a breathtaking glimpse of the surrounding mountains.
The wifi connection can be unreliable at times.

Clean, spacious rooms with a big and clean bathroom. The room had a flat screen TV and a wardrobe. The view from the rooftop and balcony was great. The price for a double room was one of the best we found. The owner was friendly and helpful, offering motorbikes for rent and providing travel information.
The AC drain caused the bathroom floor to flood, making the room damp. The room we were given didn't have any windows, despite expecting a room with a balcony.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. We went hiking in Hoang Lien National Park and explored the stunning rice terraces in Ta Van village. The staff were super friendly and always made sure we had a great time. They even organized a bonfire night for us, complete with music and marshmallows - so much fun!
The only thing we wished for was a proper party scene at the hotel. It would have been awesome to have a rooftop bar or a DJ playing some sick beats.

Our stay at this budget hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with just a short walk to the main street and local market.
Food for breakfast could have been better.
